Information we collect

When you text our drop line or join our text list, we collect your mobile phone number, the name you give us for pickup, and the contents of your messages (the items you claim). That is all we collect.

How we use it

We use your phone number and messages solely to hold your claimed items, send you a confirmation of your claim, and send pickup details for the week's drop. We do not use your information for advertising.

SMS consent and sharing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. After you opt out, you will receive no further messages from us unless you opt back in.

Data retention and security

Claim records are kept only as long as needed to run weekly drops and are stored on secured servers. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
